The Grupo Leche Pascual has been sponsoring a sport promotion project in schools since last year. He is currently promoting the practice of volleyball with the project Pequevoley of the Spanish Volleyball Federation and the Higher Sports Council.
This project wants to reach about 200,000 children through the physical education classes they receive in schools. To this end, a thousand schools have already received the Pequevoley Kit, which consists of instruction manuals and game regulations, didactic units, ten volleyballs, an interactive DVD and material for the physical education teacher in charge of the program. The teachers responsible for the program prepare a post-activity report to send to the Federation.
In addition, they provide informational brochures on childhood nutrition and the need to eat a balanced diet while playing sports to avoid problems of overweight, cholesterol, etc.
Two thousand more schools have requested the Kit Pequevoley, it is an ideal project to establish in the little ones, as the motor skills related to the sport allow him to learn. Naturally, they also have their pet, his name is Berni and he is a polar bear dressed as an athlete.
