Do children who go to Religion know how to talk to Jesus? In a public school in Madrid they intend to evaluate it

I read today in El Diario that a public school in Madrid, very explicit evaluable objectives are established according to the subject Religion. And although children who do not attend it do not see their progress reflected in such a document, it seems improper for a public education system to base the students' progress on statements that seem taken from a time machine.

In fact the objectives of Religion are broader (numerically speaking) than those of English, Have beliefs become knowledge?, not yet (do not worry, or rather, do it), although soon we can stop being so sure, at the time the LOMCE is implanted.

It's hard for me to understand that Faith can be evaluated, so that they are stated as goals to achieve: that the child 'speaks with Jesus using the prayer “Jesusito of my life”', or that 'he understands that animals, plants and people are a gift from God' (this is not precisely science in its purest form), and even that 'shows interest in knowing the story of Jesus'

Because something else would be for students to be trained (for example) about the History of Religions, or to be allowed to explore their own Faith, or to understand the place it occupies in their lives. However, it seems rather a kind of dogma that moves them.

Obviously, the decision to be close to one or the other Religions is in the first place very respectable, and secondly, it must be taken from the family itself, that I create the most appropriate social group (together with the grassroots communities) to discuss these issues with children. But even for the children of believers, the objectives of the report card seem somewhat out of place.

And more taking into account that it is in this case of students of Early Childhood Education, a stage that is not subject to the offer of this subject, although we all know that even at these ages, far from being integrated the knowledge is clearly distinguished from among the activities carried out in English, Psychomotor and Religion or its Alternative.

It seems that in other Autonomous Communities this practice also occurs in Infant students, although in C. Valenciana I had not seen such a thing (point in favor, in the middle of the chaotic situation that we are suffering).

I have some doubts, of which I will express only two: it seems that the evaluation document is official and generalized to all schools (I suppose public and concerted), but I do not understand why it is not important to know what values children whose parents have not chosen Religion acquire. And the other, don't you think it is confusing that according to the Program - one of the points - it is mentioned that 'children must discover and know their own body, a gift from God' ...? I leave it here.
