The next Sunday January 5, 2014 starting at 6:30 p.m. We have an appointment in Madrid with their majesties the Magi from the East. The route is the same as in recent years, for the Paseo de la Castellana, from the Plaza San Juan de la Cruz, where they will depart at half past six, passing through Recoletos and to the Plaza de Cibeles, whose head of the parade will arrive at 19:30. Although it will be at 20:45, and after the arrival of the Magi, when from the square you can see the Fireworks about the Cibeles Palace courtesy of the Arnal Pyrotechnics. The event is free.
On the ride you can see the performances from the ecological circus of Alejandra Botto, a neopercussion show and the Recycling Orchestra that uses recycled instruments, made with solid waste from the Cateura de Asunción landfill, Paraguay. It is made up of children of recyclers and is directed by Favio Chávez.
Christmas 2013-2014 come with this great parade to its end although we will still have the night of Kings at home making, one more year, the most magical night of the year for children who keep alive their illusion of receiving visitors visits Wizards and also their gifts.
We remember that the best thing for that afternoon is move by subway and train through the city. The train is especially attractive because the route covers large capacity stations such as Nuevos Ministerios, Recoletos, Sol and Atocha (although the latter are a little further from the area).
We also remember the measure of the candies and the fences and that we hope that the illusion is not removed to the children wishing that all who attend we behave in the best possible way watching our kids and paying them the most attention. The goal is to spend a fun afternoon full of dreams and illusions and finally make sense the next morning to see the faces of children opening their gifts.
