Strawberry panacota recipe for cooking with children

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to meet MA, Anna's mother, a blog that I have been following for a little over a year.

I was very excited to share a course with her vegan cupcakes in the workshop of Vegan Lust (true lust for all the senses!), next week I will give you the carrot cake cupcake recipe I plan to implement with my 26 month old son.

MA, apart from having 3 beautiful daughters, is a madwoman of the cake shop like me and has a cooking blog with boys, with girls specifically. It is a beautiful and super careful blog, with simple and fun recipes to make with children.

And here I leave you this super easy recipe that MA prepares with the help of her pinch Anna:

Ingredients panacota (Panna Cotta in Italian) with strawberries

250g of natural yogurt 45g of sugar 75g semi-assembled cream 2 jelly leaves

How to prepare the panacota

  1. We put the gelatin sheets in cold water for about ten minutes. We take it out by hand and drain well so that there is no water left.
  2. In a saucepan we heat the cream over very low heat and pour the gelatin while stirring at any time until the gelatin has dissolved (it takes very little). Do not let the cream boil, if it did, the jelly would lose its properties.
  3. Mix the yogurt with the sugar and add the gelatin with the cream.
  4. We put the mixture in some molds or cups and put it in the fridge to set, at least 4 hours.

MA gives us many more ideas of panacota recipes, you can see them here.

Let's see if one day we meet to cook with these beautiful girls, I'm sure Lucas will have a great time learning recipes with MA's daughters!
