Vaccine calendars in Latin America

Vaccine calendars are different in each country, and the follow-up of our babies must be done by each pediatrician, notifying us of the vaccines that they would touch at any time. In addition, the corresponding vaccination calendar is usually recorded on the baby's health chart.

Here we find the vaccination calendar of Argentina according to the National Vaccination Standards of the Ministry of Health (updated in March 2010). Unofficial or "mandatory" vaccines are also listed.

If we want to check the vaccination schedule in other places in Latin America, we can go to the same website (Vacunacion.org.ar) to access the list of countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Cuba, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Outside of Latin America We find the calendars of Brazil, Canada, the United States and Haiti. From each country, the source from which the calendar is extracted, the date of update, as well as the vaccines that are left out of the calendar in its case are cited.

In any case, we must ensure that the calendars are up to date, and for that there is nothing better than asking the medical professionals who care for our children.

In addition, of all these Latin American vaccination calendars, we remind you that the calendar corresponding to Spain can also be consulted from the vaccines portal of the Spanish Pediatric Association website.
