Baby products: recognized brands or white marks?

When buying the items of the little ones, many parents bet on lifelong brands, because of that “I don't play with my baby”, however there are many others who, for saving money, are encouraged to try the white marks, in some cases very successful.

In your case, When you buy baby products, do you buy recognized brands or white brands?

The crisis added to the rise in VAT makes many families have more and more difficult to reach the end of the month and looks at the last cent. Hence, many parents have decided to go to the white brands, which are monopolizing good market share in recent times.

An investigation conducted by TodoPapás magazine in collaboration with the Sondea Research Institute reflects the opinion of 1,428 pregnant women or mothers and fathers, intentionally selected, who were asked:

'In which products for your baby do you think it is important to buy recognized brands and therefore, would you never buy white or little-known brands for not looking as good?'

In infant feeding, recognized brands

According to the answers, the articles of infant feeding, butt creams, the car seat and pacifiers are the products in which the brand does matter, and parents prefer not to play it and bet on recognized brands.

Instead, bathtubs, hammocks and high chairs they are articles in which the brand is less important.

And the diapers?

Diapers, meanwhile, seems to be an article that produces division of opinions. Half of the parents are inclined towards recognized brands, while the other half seems satisfied with white marks.

By the way, we bring up a comparative study of OCU diapers with surprising results, in which Toujours Maxi Air Confort diapers have positioned themselves as winners.

I was surprised that in the category chairs and strollers less than half considered the brand important, being one of the purchases that parents think most when they are waiting for a baby.

What is clear is that in infant feeding, the creams of culito (does not ask about other hygiene items such as colognes, bath gel, shampoo, etc.) and the safety when traveling (for more than later the chairs are misuse) the recognized brands win.

Personally, I think choosing recognized brands are fine, but It is not always a guarantee that a product is of better quality. The survey should reflect whether they have tried the white brands first and then opted for the recognized brands, or if they directly buy recognized brands for considering them better a priori.

We would like to know your experience, In which articles do you choose recognized brands and in which white brands?
